Return Policy

Custom Tunes:
All custom tuning services are non-refundable. Once a tune has been purchased, delivered, or started, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. This includes remote and dyno tuning.

Physical Products:
Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery, provided they are brand new, unused, and in original packaging. All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
